Only heaven will remain after us

Seven objects cut from the pages of old family photo albums.
The initial shape of six of them is a form of the sky taken from photographs with my father, which were taken throughout our entire life together. The last one was the shape of imagination, memories. While on a business trip, dad took photos of an Egyptian woman with a child. Right after he’d taken the photos, local men took his camera and destroyed it. According to their beliefs, photography takes the soul away from children. Later, during his journeys, dad saw the ghost of the girl. Her spirit kept following him. Having returned from one of his trips, he found out that my mother was pregnant. I appeared, the ghost disappeared.)
